Terms

What is settled, and what still comes from your agreement.

What follows is what is actually true today about using Mowazaf — how it is offered, what happens to your records, and which terms are settled by your subscription agreement rather than by this page.

Read this first

This page is a summary of how the product is offered. It is not the subscription agreement and it does not replace one. Nothing here is implied; the agreement governs.

Who you are contracting with

Mowazaf is operated by Numow Technologies, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The contracting entity’s registered details, the governing law and the venue for a dispute are part of a subscription agreement and are not stated on this page — see the list below.

How the product is offered

  • Mowazaf Connect is provided without a subscription fee to companies with up to 30 employees, with the features described on our Plans page.
  • Paid plans billed per employee. Fees for paid plans are set out in your quote or order form.
  • Web, iOS and Android, in Arabic, English and French.

Your data stays yours

The employee, payroll and attendance records you put into Mowazaf are your records. Export is a product feature available from the screens themselves, to anyone whose role can already see the data — it is not a support request and it is not put behind a payment.

Ask what happens to an account when a subscription lapses, and you will get the answer in writing.

What comes from your subscription agreement

These are settled in your agreement rather than on this page. Ask for any of them by name before you commit and you will get the answer in writing, within one business day.

  • The contracting entity’s registered name, address and tax registration number.
  • Governing law and the venue for a dispute — including whether a customer outside the UAE is bound to it.
  • Service levels: what is committed, what is measured, and what happens when it is missed.
  • Limitation of liability, indemnities and insurance.
  • Acceptable use, and the grounds and notice period for suspension.
  • How the terms themselves may change, and the notice you get before they do.
  • An effective date and a change history for this page.

Ask for the agreement

If you need the contractual documents before you commit, ask for them by name and you will get a written answer within one business day. An answer you can hold us to is worth more than a page of clauses nobody has reviewed.

One step before the sandbox

The sandbox is the real application, running in a shared demo company that resets every night, so nothing you enter in it is kept. Tell us who you are and we will take you straight in.
