Common questions
Are pulse survey responses anonymous?
No. The system keeps a protected link between each response and the person who gave it. Reports show only aggregates, and segments with fewer than five respondents are suppressed.
We already use Mowazaf HRMS. Do we need Engage IQ?
No. Performance and Engagement are included in Mowazaf HRMS. Engage IQ is for companies that want them without the full HRMS.
What does the AI Manager Coach do?
It prompts managers at the moments that matter: who on their team is overdue for recognition, and what to try next when their department scores low on an engagement dimension. Prompts arrive by email and in the app, and the company can switch them off.
Who can see our data?
Your company sees only its own data, and a request from outside gets none of your records. Mowazaf staff work in your account only for a limited time, to help with onboarding. The production application runs on Microsoft Azure, UAE North. Need encryption, backup or data-processing detail for procurement? Ask and we will answer in writing within one business day.
