Common questions

What happens when we reach 30 employees?

Connect stops adding people at 30; it does not stop working. Everyone already on it carries on and nothing is deleted. Mowazaf HRMS takes over from there, on the same record.

Do we need a card to sign up?

No. Sign up with your work email and your company is ready.

Can we see it before we sign up or talk to anyone?

Yes. After a short form, the sandbox opens: the real application, in a shared demo company that resets every night, so nothing you enter in it is kept.

Which languages does it run in?

Arabic, English and French, chosen per person, with Arabic laid out right to left.

Who can see our data?

Your company sees only its own data, and a request from outside gets none of your records. Mowazaf staff work in your account only for a limited time, to help with onboarding. The production application runs on Microsoft Azure, UAE North. Need encryption, backup or data-processing detail for procurement? Ask and we will answer in writing within one business day.

Can we take our data with us?

Yes. Every module exports — spreadsheets, payslips, journal entries and WPS files — and no payment, notice period or request stands in the way.
