How do we get a quote?

We run HR on spreadsheets today. How do we move over?
Add your people one at a time or in bulk from the employee directory; every other module reads from that record. Above 50 employees, Mowazaf HRMS comes with onboarding assistance and flexible data migration.
How much work is the setup?
Describe the policy you need, and an assistant inside Mowazaf drafts the change; nothing is applied until you approve it. Outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia? Tell us where you operate. Our team reviews your country's labour and payroll rules with you and sets Mowazaf up around them.
Who can see our data?
Your company sees only its own data, and a request from outside gets none of your records. Mowazaf staff work in your account only for a limited time, to help with onboarding. The production application runs on Microsoft Azure, UAE North. Need encryption, backup or data-processing detail for procurement? Ask and we will answer in writing within one business day.
Which languages, and is there a mobile app?
Arabic, English and French, chosen per person, with Arabic laid out right to left. Native iOS and Android apps for clock-in, leave, payslips and approvals — in the same three languages as the web.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Every module exports — spreadsheets, payslips, journal entries and WPS files — and no payment, notice period or request stands in the way.
Can we start on Mowazaf Connect and move up later?
Connect stops adding people at 30; it does not stop working. Everyone already on it carries on and nothing is deleted. Mowazaf HRMS takes over from there, on the same record.
Do we need Mowazaf Engage IQ as well?
No. Mowazaf HRMS already includes Performance and Engagement. Engage IQ is for companies that want those two without the full HRMS.
Do you support my country?
Yes. Mowazaf runs for a company in any country, and UAE and Saudi payroll compliance is built in. Anywhere else, our team reviews your country's labour and payroll rules with you and sets up your leave policies, public holidays, working week, end-of-service rules and pay components around them.
