What a review is assembled from

  • Goals and check-ins
  • Recognition and evidence
  • Peer feedback
  • One-to-one notes

Why this module exists

Most HR systems know what you owe someone and nothing about how they are doing.

Goals set in January and a thank-you in March usually live in a separate tool — so the review in December is assembled from memory, while payroll has the whole year on file.

The weave

Two threads that are usually two products.

Engagement and performance are normally bought separately, each with its own record of who your people are.

Engagement × performance

Why not one survey a year

An annual survey tells you about a year that has already happened.

The twelve dimensions score from what the year is putting on the record as it happens.

  • See it earlier

A dimension weakens as the records thin out, not when the survey window next opens.

  • Fewer blind spots

Four different signals — goals, check-ins, recognition and equipment — so no single questionnaire or bad week decides the picture.

  • Somewhere to act

A weak cell names a dimension and a department, and the follow-up lives in the one-to-ones on the same record.

AI-supported. Human-governed.

It is a layer on a record you already keep, not a second system to fill in.

The dimensions score from goals, check-ins, recognition and equipment that the rest of Mowazaf already records — so switching the module on does not begin with a data-entry project.

Assistance

Patterns a busy manager will not go looking for.

AI analysis surfaces a team where recognition has quietly stopped — this week, not next quarter.

It suggests where to look. It does not decide anything about anybody.

Recognition, week by week

  • A team
  • Another team
  • A third teamWorth a look

Filled marks are recognition. The gap is the finding.

Common questions

Are pulse survey responses anonymous?

No. The system keeps a protected link between each response and the person who gave it, and reports show only aggregates. Segments with fewer than five respondents are suppressed.

Does this replace our review process?

It carries one. Goals, evidence, peer feedback and ratings come out as one snapshot.

Who can see recognition and feedback?

Recognition is shared by design; feedback and review material are not.

Start with recognition. It is the easiest one to feel.
